David Van Noy is the District Manager for District 95 at Farmer's Insurance. He and his team recruit, train, mentor and support Agency Owners for Famer's Insurance in Central Texas. David’s father founded District 95 in 1973 and they have been helping entrepreneurs pursue their dreams of business ownership ever since.
